Great American Bagel - Chicago

First time in Chicago…. My cousin had GAB delivered to my room via grub hub… bagels were delicious! Arguably better than my usual Panera bread bagels.Before leaving town…. decided I’d walk over to their location since it was just a few blocks away from where I was staying.This is where the loss of two stars came about! Customer service was not the best.There were two young ladies working that morning. The one who waited on me (tall, slim, brunette, short hair) was not the most pleasant! She just seemed short and unenthusiastic about serving me.I only had one request, because I was goin to be taking them back home…. the bagels wanted were the fresh ones from the front of the trays.The ones at the back were darker which usually means they’re the day olds. While she did begrudgingly accommodate my request, it was clear by her demeanor.. I was being extra?Maybe I was, but DAMN IT!…. I wanted the fresh ones ????! Seriously though… great bagel!!

Today is the first time I went to there. Around 2:50pm, there were two female waitresses/ workers. One of them was super mean to me. I don’t how to complain/report about her. She was the older one. The younger one was nicer.

One of the few bagel shop in the West Loop. They have kinds of bagels with spacious seating area. I usually buy to go. Cinnamon raisin bagel is great.

This place was awesome, they’ve got a good selection of bagels. All the classics and some you don’t see at the chains, including the walnut banana bagel it’s a real must try!

Just left this location and the girl at the front was rude and messed up our order. I ordered half a dozen and she didn't put the correct bagels in the bag. We only realized when we got home.
