The pizza was good, but the man who checked me badly cheated on the price and the mistake they made. I ordered two different medium pizzas and one of them gave me the stadium size. they apologised and said they would correct the price after I paid $61 for the wrong order. the man said he would take $10 offs asking if I were good with it? I would have preferred to pay for what I ordered instead of being asked if $10 would be enough to withdraw. when he gave the new bill, it was $58... I don't think it's $61 minus $10 $58. not thrilled that I was cheated and therefore would not come back.

I love this place. I remember that I grew up in the albany park, this was the drive of my family to the pizza place, but not only eating downhill, but also customer service. Previously order a stadion size pizza last week was given ice-gold chicken tsarset, then tonight a burned rock hard stadion size pizza with super dry chickens to go with it. I called and told them my concerns regarding my order, but they said that I quote “I can give them $10 of their next order if they want to put into another order now, if not I call others I needed to get” wow! this was my experience recently, but definitiw no longer spend my money here?

I enjoy eating and drinks here. the service is excellent; if they go on Wednesday or Thursday. julie, it is the best. Unfortunately the other server are incompetent, negligible and rude. it is a day and night experience, since julie is attentive, efficient and very competent in managing the customers. take them out is great, call them julie first.

The only good thing is that our $71.00 dinner was delivered! Ruined an birthday dinner for my 69 year old husband. Food was cold and i am only 4 blocks away, fries were burnt, and burgers were under cooked. Totally disgusted and disappointed

Good beers and the pizza was pretty good, the one with jalapeños and pineapple was great!
