Flaco's Tacos Chicago Ave

I ordered a taco that was supposed to be cheese-free, but it ended up having cheese on it. Despite that, the food was still delicious.

This place has the best tacos, and they understand the differences between vegetarian vegan. They’ll even ask which you are. The black bean tacos are bomb. I haven’t tried the burrito so I don’t know about that issue.

We decided to try the vegan options for takeout and the staff was not very friendly. The prices were low, but the food seemed to be of questionable quality. The sauces were disappointing, and even the Mexican to-go items didn't meet expectations. Perhaps the nachos would be a better choice, but I cannot say for sure.

The place is not so big, but it has several vegan options for tacos and one for burrito.

I decided to try this restaurant based on the good reviews about their burritos. I ordered the black bean burrito since it was labeled vegan. Unfortunately, it was the worst burrito I've ever had. It was watery and impossible to pick up, only containing black beans, iceberg lettuce, and onions. How can a burrito not have rice?! This was disappointing.
