Five Guys - Chicago

The staff inadvertently allowed someone else to take my completed order and when I went back for it, it was gone. But the manager knew who took it (they were still there) and told him that he knew the order wasn't his, why would he do that? She did another order for me (because the guy was going to give it back-of course I didn't want it anymore) and she said she was not going to make me take it. She made another complete order with extra meat and a drink.

Great fries, healthy portions, but a little on the pricey side

Been here a handful of times over the past year and my order gets messed up every time. Missing ingredients is the major issue. Obviously the food is still good, but it does kinda seem like everyone who works there low key hates it.

It was not too busy on Thursday when we went to lunch. first time there, we ordered the burger and pommes. I filled the pommes. they were satisfied. I had no place for the burger. I took it and the mugs from fritten to home to my daughter and she said it was very good.

First time at this Five Guys and like most of them received a delicious cheeseburger and fries. Service was friendly and my burger was delivered exactly as ordered. It was absolutely amazing, juicy, moist, deliciousness with thick but crunchy bacon. The fries are good. Don't forget to snack on the peanuts. Service was quick and our burger was perfect with all the extra fixings.
