Emerald Loop And Grill - Chicago

I went here because of the late-clossing kitchen, but it was a really nice place! Beer was good, ambiance was great, my food? Not so much. I had fish and chips but my fish was mostly fried batter and my fries were soggy, however my husband's chickenbuffalo mac and cheese was spectacular

Average bar. Great location. Can't tell you anything about interior. Decided to stay outside, enjoy my drink and night city view. The good news is: alcohol is real, you can feel it very clear and it starts working immediately! I ordered Loop OldFashioned one and flatbread (almost pizza, actually).

Everything we had was great! My husband e joyed the bangers and mash and loved the bread pudding. My Mac and cheese could have used more seasoning but once I added some salt and pepper it was much more enjoyable ???? service was quick too.

The menu had a nice and interesting variety. The pear and goat cheese salad I had was very good.  The rest of my group had a cheeseburger, a chicken wrap, and the brisket grilled cheese. They were all good, but more standard bar fare. The waitstaff was kind and helpful.

Great staff with friendly servers. pleasant reaction time. very enjoyed my meal!
