Dunkin' - Chicago

Terrible service super slow Dunkin ever. Even when I order ahead they still behind always a line people walk out empty handed. The funniest thing to me is customers bringing their Starbucks and sitting in Dunkin? Donuts that?s how bad it is.

First time I was there for regular cup of coffee and a donut. I was charged $4.92. I think I got rip off. I wasn?t given a receipt. Well. It is not very nice what this woman did. Never go back there again. For anyone that go there, better check whatyou actually paying for before you hand them the money. I DON?T THINK THEY DESERVE ANY STAR. I have to put one before it let mepost my comment.

I was sitting and working on my laptop while I waited for my car at the Kia dealership down the street. I placed my order when I arrived at 7:30 AM, and by 8:50 AM, the place was completely empty. Suddenly, the woman behind the counter started yelling at us, telling us to leave because she claimed we hadn’t ordered. When I showed her my coffee cup as proof of my order, she then insisted we had to go because of the time we had occupied our seats. I understand if I had been there for hours, but I had only been there for an hour and a half. I’ve been going to Dunkin’ Donuts for years to work, and I always place an order. This is the first time I’ve ever been asked to leave for exceeding the seating time. There were times in college when I sometimes studied there for up to three hours.

I just bought some hash browns, and they were burnt and overcooked. They tasted as if they had been made the night before. As for the new cake batter signature latte, it didn’t taste like cake batter at all—just like a regular caramel latte. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the entire experience.

I've had to reach out to corporate and return a few times to get my food replaced. Whenever I order toasted bagels, they become rock hard within minutes and seem stale. The store always responds with, "Well, no one else has complained," and gives me a hard time about getting replacements. There are plenty of other Dunkin' Donuts locations within a mile, so I might consider trying them instead.
