Sometimes the lines are long because they only have 1 person taking and making orders but the staff is nice and the food nice and hot.

I visit this location every morning (it's the only one I truly enjoy, and I’ve tried many others). Every staff member, from the manager down, knows what I order, and what’s even better is that they have my drink ready by the time I reach the counter to pay, and it’s always just right. Everyone has been friendly to me and to others, even when you can clearly see that a staff member is tired. I've observed their interactions with other customers, and they never waver in their professionalism. So if anyone claims that they've encountered rudeness, I believe that person is being overly sensitive or was simply looking to complain and chose the wrong moment.

The service was rude, and they charge for everything, even for the whipped cream that should come with the drinks. I paid for it, but they still didn’t give it to me and then looked at my drink as if I had a problem. If someone doesn't enjoy their job, they should do customers a favor and find a new one. The staff had no personality and were simply unkind. It doesn’t make any sense to me.

They took $5 from me. I ordered a drink, but the staff member checked in the back and said they didn't have what I requested. Since there was no manager available, they couldn't process a refund. I recommend going to a real coffee shop instead.
