Dunkin' - Chicago

Stopped on our way out of Chicago for a quick breakfast. This is a Dunkin and Subway inside a gas station. The whole place was very clean (including the bathrooms! . We placed an online order and they did make a mistake and forgot one of our sandwichesbut were very apologetic and quick to fix the mistake. Food and coffee was made perfectly! Great stop.

Dunkin Donuts always good. I had me a toasted avocado sandwich with a large iced tea with extra lemon and extra sugar delicious. Also gave a $1 tip

The elderly gentleman who works in the afternoons is quite rude and doesn't know how to treat customers properly. I'm not sure why he is employed there, and I don't think I'll be returning.

This restaurant has a convenient location, is clean, and has friendly staff. The hot coffee is perfectly warm and at the right temperature. The only issue I would address is the wait time during busy hours, especially in the morning. Overall, it’s my favorite and my go-to Dunkin' Donuts.

If you plan to order something simple like a medium hot coffee, be prepared to set aside at least 6 to 7 minutes. It took around 7 minutes for the cashier to grasp that I wanted a medium hot coffee with caramel. When I requested that he leave room for cream, it took another 5 to 6 minutes, as he seemed confused about what I meant. If you're willing to spend 15 minutes ordering and waiting for a Dunkin' coffee, then this is the place for you. However, if you’re expecting a reasonable wait time for your coffee, I recommend looking elsewhere.
