Dick's Last Resort Chicago

I did not have high expectations for the food at this restaurant, as previous reviews had been negative. Despite this, I decided to keep it simple and ordered a burger. Unfortunately, the burger was very bland. I was hoping for entertainment to make up for the lackluster food, but there was none to be found. We arrived late, about an hour before closing, but there was nothing special about our visit. The server even asked if we wanted hats at the end, which added to the overall disappointment. It doesn't seem like they put much effort into the experience. I will not be returning, and I recommend saving your money for a better dining experience elsewhere. Chicago, please bring back Ed Debevics! I am puzzled as to how this place stays in business.

I had a good experience at this restaurant. My only feedback is, what's the point of reserving a table if you can't reserve a table on the patio? Reservations are more useful for outdoor seating, where space is limited, rather than indoors where there is plenty of availability.

Unique restaurant that is definitely worth visiting and experiencing in person!

The service at the restaurant was very disappointing. We expected to have an entertaining dinner and the tables around us with a different server had this, however our experience was boring and our server did very little to interact with us. In addition, the food that I received was the wrong order, so I had to wait for them to cook a new meal. Then when the new meal arrived, the green beans were hard. I was really expecting an interactive, fun experience and was quite disappointed.

It was a fun time, our server made us laugh. Drinks were very sweet. Food was pretty good.
