The kitchen has unfortunately ruined our order of skill two times and the French toast was really overdue and difficult to cut and eat. this is my first time, a problem with eating here, it is usually excellent.

Always great at Bernie's! Great food, environment, service, and drinks. Best kept secret in River North so keep it to yourself! :

Been to this restaurant many times and have always had a great experience but this time my party sat for 30 min before anyone came to talk to us

It was a fun brunch with my friend, however, the only thing I was not satisfied was that it took our server a while to bring water at the beginning of service. Place looked under staffed but I think the place could be watchful and ask servers to check in with guests shortly after seated. Food was great, drinks were awesome !

The food was really good, however, it took an absurd amount of time to get our second round of drinks and over an hour for our food to come. We were told the number of modifications to our food it why it was taking so long, modifications being no bacon on a sandwich. Our food came and one person in our group did not get theirs and came out roughly 20 minutes later and by that point, we were all done with our food since we waited so long for ours to begin with. The food was great and the restaurant was super cute but the service truly took away from the whole experience.
