Baskin-robbins - Chicago

The ice cream section (as well as the entire store) is somewhat smaller than the average buffet restaurant. As a result, the selection of flavors is limited, and there is less opportunity to sit and fully enjoy the delightful experience.

Can they really call themselves a Baskin-Robbins if they can't even serve a hot fudge sundae?

They were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure I had the order I needed of a cake for my niece’s birthday! Thank you again for such great service!

Great service, just hate that so many nomads linger and bother consumers. They hired a security guy to monitor, but because of the fact lots of debris and trash on the ground both inside and out.

The short lady who works here is quite rude. She seems to struggle with understanding the menu, and when customers try to place their orders, she often misinterprets what they want. The last time I ordered ice cream, she even put her hand in the cup! It was quite unpleasant. I eventually had to leave and go to Jewel-Osco next door, where they had a two-for-one deal on Ben & Jerry's. I was already having a bad day, but this was the second time she treated us this way.
