Aquila - Chiang Mai

Aquila is an upscale restaurant with Italian style influential. food is in the price compared to similar Italian restaurants that offer vegan food in chiang mai. it has a seperate vegan menu. the chef came to talk to me to discuss my preferences that was a nice note. I ordered the bruschetta, the Greek freaksalat and a plant with minze bolognese. portion sizes were good imo, so maybe something had changed. 4 stars because it is not completely vegan

I was surprised to learn that this fine dining area behind promenada has a fully vegan menu! warning that the dishes are expensive and are not generous in the portions sizes, but they taste fabulous. if they have a big appetit, it won't be the place for them, but if they want to impress someone, they should consider here. updated by previous review on 2021-11-14
