Absolutely five stars! Mr. Jim's definitely lives up to the great reviews! I stopped by while traveling from northern Wyoming to Colorado, and the pizza was outstanding! The hand-tossed Garlic Parmesan crust was perfectly crunchy around the edges without being burnt. The toppings were fresh—the green peppers had just the right amount of crunch, and the cheese, pepperoni, ham, and mushrooms were all excellent. Plus, it wasn't greasy at all, which I really appreciate. I took advantage of the lunch special—any 10-inch pizza for just $5.95. Such a fantastic deal! I highly recommend stopping by for some amazing pizza. They even offer coupons and online deals, although I didn't use any. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely return for more pizza. Also, the young man who took my order was very polite.

I ordered my pizza with a light sauce, but instead it was drowning in sauce and nearly dripping everywhere. It was awful. Additionally, I didn't receive any frosting for the cinnamon sticks. I also used a Groupon to pay and was informed that I could only use one $10 voucher. I mentioned that I had used two or three vouchers without any issues on multiple occasions prior to this. If I could give a zero rating, I definitely would. This experience was completely unacceptable.

Better pizza with superior toppings and unique side dishes. The breadsticks and pizza were incredible. It’s hands down the best pizza in Cheyenne!
