Hathaway's Lounge - Cheyenne

Good food and atmosphere. Would have had another beer if asked before happy hour ended.

Had the Prime Rib lunch offering. Excellent prime rib with plenty of marbling.

We 'discovered ' Hathaways Restaurant Lounge on Google Maps, looking for a nice restaurant. This was one of the best restaurants we ever eaten in our (long) travels.

A bit pricey, but the portion sizes are good and they have a real chef in the kitchen.

Mediocre food and heavily underused for a dinner service. Three servers on the ground for about 150 ppl space at dinner. Everyone didn't really care about sections, the women's server ignored some of their seats (including mines and another one that was abandoned and left) or was just really disorganized and not note of sitting times. She always went to the same tables. It must be a front of the hostess or managers to orchestrate the team. You can’t expect the servers to do so many things at once and expect you to great service every time. If ever, your bottleneck should be the kitchen, not in front of the house where you have a higher risk of losing customers. Sit them, snacks. Land your order. If I'm not stuck at this point, I'd wait after 25min to get room, 15 to put in my order. Very inefficient. I waited for my check for 15 minutes.
