Destination Taiwan - Cheyenne

Food/key/gift: 5/5 here are the items we have: Braised pork rice, Pork leek bun, Mapo tofu bun, Eggs-Cutard jack and tea. Eat the rolls as long as they're still hot! The rolls are so soft, fluffy and moist that you can eat the rolls by yourself without fillings. It has a bit of sweetness that complements the savory fillings so well. The Mapo Tofu has a light kick and sourness that reminds of the actual dish. The braided pork is so simple but filled with taste that you long the next bite. We have a raw garlic on it and the light sharpness adds a brightness to the plate. The tea is beautifully marinated, but a little on the salty side. The Ei Custard book has such an interesting season and was sweet without overwhelming. This is the BESTE-Eis-Cutard-Beutel I've ever had Ambience: N/A it's a small cottage in the parking lot from which you order. Service: 5/5 checkout was very friendly and happy to explain the menu and give recommendations. It was a cold day out, so he told us to wait in the car and give us the food. Beautiful small space for Taiwanese food from service to food. The menu offers a variety of savory and sweet baos, my favorite was the pigs/leek. Also delicious is the Bubble Milk Tea. Service is excellent as they are very welcoming and even gave us extra Bao flavors for free.

I visited the state and discovered this place during the ride and had to stop immediately. They are so friendly and everything on the menu looked and sound so delicious. As a vegetarian, I was so excited to see so many non-food options that I ordered one of just about every steamed buns and pancakes as well as green onion flatcake and bubble milk tea. My husband and I were not disappointed, everything we ordered came super fast and tasted as amazing as it looked. The food is incredibly cheap and I would like to pay twice the price for how good it was. I highly recommend this place and look forward to trying the pasta dishes before we finish our vacation.

The food here was amazing! The bao bungalows were some of the best I had and the people were so friendly! We just went through, but really glad we stopped here.

When one thinks of Cheyenne WY, traditional Taiwanese fare is probably not the first thing that comes to mind. That aside, Destination Taiwan provides precisely that. Carefully prepared Taiwanese favorites are offered up in a bare bones drive in format. The staff is friendly and helpful, and all of my food was packaged well and carefully labeled. They even had an instruction card making sure people mix up the braised pork rice properly before eating! It is nice to see a restaurant taking such pride in their products and making sure all the details are covered and then some. 100% worth a stop!
