Baskin-robbins - Cheyenne

I ordered and paid for a cake on Wednesday, came in on a Saturday to pick it up just for the 3 people working to tell me it's not ready. They told me I needed to wait 20 min, after waiting my cake is still not ready. I don't get the point of ordering 3 days prior just for it to not be ready when I came to pick it up.

Just what you would expect! Great icecrean great service.

Had an issue with a cake we ordered for my son's 13th birthday. I reached out and Michaela immediately made it right, that's just good business and appreciated!

Baskins and Robbins is so bad. I'm so mad. Apparently they don't put together door dash orders until the lobby is cleared out. I've been waiting 30 minutes and there is still a long line inside. Guess they don't care about eveyone. It's dumb and they only have one person working. Horrible service

The service was so slow, one young man working his back side off and another young lady over to the south doing something minimal slow as she could not helping customers while 8 people waited on line to be helped... kudos to the young man and I would fire the young lady on the spot. Have to question management alot
