BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I usually have good service when going to caribou, but today?s was better than ever. I had to ask for the baristas name, as I was so impressed there was no reason I wasn?t going to leave a review for her. Angie did an amazing job getting me set up for the rewards program and answering any questions I had. Will definitely be returning to see her bright and smiling face. I am so happy with my experience I had at caribou today.

They serve one of the best chai tea lattes I've ever tasted!

I've visited this restaurant twice now. The drinks are great, and the staff is very friendly. My only issue is that it's tricky to navigate the drive-thru in a large truck. However, the option to go inside and place an order is a convenient alternative.
