Harvey's - Chestermere

The harvey is on the 36th ave was closed so that we went to the chestemer and it was the most disgusting food we ever had! I couldn't even eat my food and I'm hungry!

Pretty disappointing. we visit this place at least every 2 weeks and spend $40 each time. Today my man went in and had to repeat 6 times to ask for a “double-legged meal”, and the dame could not understand him and thought he would ask for breakfast. finally came another member and got his command. we came to home (20 minutes away and went to eat our meal and there was no main thing that it was worth the hunch, the Swiss chalet grotte. definitiw disappointed. in addition, the fries were not fresh and the tumbler rings were lubricated in fat (not edible! I called to see what they could do and was told that we can only do is gravitation them when they are in! really a free grave? no apologies, no “how can we do this better” here is a meal on us. Inacceptable and not a way to ever come back.

Less than a star. yesterday my partner and I went to harvey for a good burger. that was our first time at this place, we were around 18 o'clock. there were 3 workers present, a cleaning of the grill. they all stood on the back and looked at us. it was not busy, they helped no one else, they just stood there, talked with each other and looked at us. They did not address us in any way or help us in any way. After 4 to 5 minutes we left. we will never go back. we went over the street and had a wonderful meal in a real restaurant.

Had to repeat my order 4 times and it was still wrong. also began to ask what I wanted on my burger while in the 10ft away fill my drink, they added more mayo than meat.

I’m very upset, I’ve gone to this location a couple times now and it’s been alright. I ordered a chicken wrap with cheese and got a chicken burger. Unfortunately I didn’t notice till I got home which is on me but I drove back and they made me a new one, no problem. Then I get home have my wrap and I go to eat my donuts and they are all raw and not cooked.. not sure if it was just the staff that was on at the time but never have had an experience like this.. pretty annoyed honestly
