Coffee Works - CHESTERLAND

I ordered an iron latte. The first time it tasted like milk, but I wanted to give them another shot. I wanted my ice-cold latte to have more kick than just milk. The baristas were so nice, but confused, I had to explain what that meant. They made a drink I thought for someone else and gave it to me. They use *cold beer* they call espresso for their icey drinks. (This explains why my first drink had no coffee taste. This second drink was almost all cold brews. I didn't order a cold beer, I wanted a latte. The Baristas said they always use cold brew espresso (and what is that? for ice drinks. They offered me to make a real icey latte, but she said it would melt the ice. At this point, and no offensive to these baristas, I did not want to pay $5 for a sub par drink and asked for my money back. No one knew how to do this, and there were a few minutes left to get my money to get an honest and true latte. It took forever - there is a lack of training, that is not the Baristas' fault, that is to management. Selling a drink with completely different ingredients without revealing it is so underhand. Not to mention that I charged various amounts before making my drink a quad. Trust is connected to food and they broke it for me. My only advice is to go here if you want to get cold and save an hour. Two stars just because the baristas have offered to make an icy latte, and after the award problems like a false excitement, which means a pump of syrup, what is a quad, to clarify that their middle cup is a small cup, try to convince me that cold brew is the same as espresso if not better (not what I ordered then call the owner or manager to get my refund? during everything they were kind and everything they could fix. Train them and don't let these nice baristas lie over Lattes. We all deserve better.

Manger never confused an employee for any reason. It felt very good. Manager should be held responsible

Owner and staff very friendly. The Mocha is better than anywhere I've ever tried. I try to go before work because they have the best breakfast sandwiches from anywhere. I get ham, provolone and egg on an Asiago bagel! They finally added hashbrowns....

From CoffeeWorks today for a pumpkin spice Latte stopped and it was delicious! Much better than Starbucks or Dunkin than it was strong coffee and not so artificial pumpkin taste. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years and the owner was always super friendly for me, my family and friends. CoffeeWorks has amazing fresh breakfast sandwiches, turkey BLT?s, daily fresh muffins cookies and strong drip coffee. I would recommend this local coffee shop in Chesterland!

I would give them no stars if I could.So my Daughter went into coffee works today to study like she always has in the past. She has always gotten something to drink but today she wanted to get settled in before she got something . The owner approached her and asked her if she was getting something and my daughter responded with I am but not yet. The woman told her to leave. There was nobody in the coffee shop. She kicked her out because she did not order something right away. She lost a great customer In today?s world you treat your customer like that. Can?t wait till Versare cafe opens hope they put coffee works out of business because the owner is a nasty person.
