Subway - Chesterfield

The person who served me and my brother was on his phone the whole time was rude quick and got the orders wrong tried to toast a sub with salad on it the nachos were a joke only has sauce and cheese on 1 crisp forgot sauce on the sub it was a complete joke

Ordered via JustEat, nachos were burnt, with no sauce or Jalapeños as requested. Ordered 2 footlongs and a six inch and only received 1 of the footlongs. No marinara on the meatball marinara. Can't ring them because the phone number is invalid. Really poor considering what they charge!!

Yet another terrible experience at subway. Ordered online both arrived untoasted this time we're both missing lettuce cheese. One day I'll stop putting myself through this, but until then I'll just keep leaving bad reviews.

The food was nice and the staff were lovely but…. The toilet facilities are appalling. No hand soap, cobwebs everywhere, hand dryer doesn’t work, you have to press the handle 5/6 times for the toilet to flush. Limescale all around toilet handle. In definite need of renovations. Edit- it’s been a while since I came to this subway and my comments still stand. I returned today to find the toilets in a worse condition. How they get away with it I’ll never know

Nice food but terrible service it’s very rude to be on your phone talking to your friend while serving a customer
