Bidrage med feedbackMy first visit to costa coffee , I was left a bit disappointed I ordered a tuna ,mozzarella,tomato panini, I got no tuna. My husband ordered a Ham , cheese tomato, he said that was loverly mine tasted good but disappointed with my tuna missing .we had 2 hot choc s they where delicious. The staff need to listen and smile . Found it also very expensive.
Women at the drive through had a really poor attitude. Ordered my daughters a hot chocolate and babychino, usually get asked if you want marshmallows separate, not in the drink, when I flagged this up was told by the rude lady “this is a drive through, you should tell us!” She then went on to charge me 50p extra for the marshmallows I had already paid for. The way she spoke to me and her attitude shows that she has major weaknesses in terms of her customer service. Not good!
Please train your staff in customer services. After arguing to get my order through my drinks were just left on the side for me to collect, utterly disgraceful. I have been here many times before and this was unbelievable. Coffee was as good as ever.
The service at this restaurant was not good. My party of two adults and one child experienced abrupt behavior from two female staff members at 6pm. When I asked for toast for the 4-year-old, I was simply told no.
I am not particularly fond of Costa, but my husband loves it, especially their smoothies. The person working behind the counter was friendly and patient, and the rest of the staff seemed fairly cheerful.
