Bidrage med feedbackWhen we came in I could not see what craft beers were served until we made it to the register where they had the menus. From there you can also see the hidden bar . Its on the other side in its own corner. Do not get your hopes up because the beer menu is super small. There was only one flavor of White Claw....lol. When our pizzas were being made I noticed 3 of the employees had nothing holding their hair back. It draped over the sides of their faces and over the pizzas they were making. I was looking forward to the ice cream until I saw the process. You get your ice cream cup to keep with you until you are ready to get it after eating. So if you have a child like mines she takes her cup and puts her hands in it and her face. When you go up to get your scoops, you hand that same cup to the attendant, the gloveless attendant, and they stick the cup in the tub and scoop in your ice cream. So the cup that child stuck their face in has touched the serving spoon and has made it back into the batch for the rest of the customers. I watched her struggle not to touch my ice cream with her bare hands as she tried to get it into the cup. I worked in the food industry and we had rules about gloves, hats/hair nets, and nails. The only thing I enjoyed was the taste of the pizza. Being here made me feel uneasy. I would rather spend this kind of money at California Pizza Kitchen or Sergios where I can get a reasonable variety of drinks, lush salads, pizzas with better flavor and food with out fear of unsanitary practices.
This is not what your pie is supposed to be I’ve been to many your pie’s at other locations. this is the worst location I have ever experienced. Their prices are much higher than what is required by your pie DON’T GO. I am a 65-year-old that wants a small pizza and they were charging me the same price as the regular pizza. The management is wrong. I understand it is a franchise and you can charge what you believe however let’s make it uniform.
We were going to have lunch someplace else and saw Your Pie and stopped in. We shared a small pizza and it was great. We had our choice of toppings and there was plenty put on top. Crust was delicious too. Will definitely be back.
I was planning on ordering pizza later in the afternoon from a different place, but happened to be walking around Westchester Commons before a movie and noticed this, looked up the menu, and decided to give it a try. I walked in and the aroma was amazing! Great first impression! I was able to order my pizza several hours ahead of time, pay for it then, and came back later to pick it up. I chose one of the specialty pizzas and got a kid's meal for my son. It was explained to me that they have the option to order ahead online as well. There also seemed to be some confusion when I tried to order my son's pizza, but that wasn't a big deal. I came back in later in the day to pick up my pizza. It was smaller than I thought (I was sharing a big pizza) but that was my own fault for not looking at the sizes ahead of time. The wonderful aroma was still there and the car smelled great the whole way home. We all very much enjoyed the flavor of the pizza. It truly was very good. My son never eats the crust and he even nibbled on that a little bit with this pizza and said it was better than others. Superb pizza though for a good price! I would like to go back and build my own sometime in the future.
I was there shortly after it first opened and found they did have some growing pains, but staff was very friendly and the food was good with many great choices. Some is spicier than I like, but you can order milder if that is your taste. We ordered a variety of items just so we could sample several. Nonno's Italian panini is my favorite. This is a good restaurant chain and I trust it will end up being a very viable and enjoyable option for those of us in the Westchester Commmons area.
