Bidrage med feedbackWhen we came in I could not see what craft beers were served until we made it to the register where they had the menus. From there you can also see the hidden bar . Its on the other side in its own corner. Do not get your hopes up because the beer menu is super small. There was only one flavor of White Claw....lol. When our pizzas were being made I noticed 3 of the employees had nothing holding their hair back. It draped over the sides of their faces and over the pizzas they were making. I was looking forward to the ice cream until I saw the process. You get your ice cream cup to keep with you until you are ready to get it after eating. So if you have a child like mines she takes her cup and puts her hands in it and her face. When you go up to get your scoops, you hand that same cup to the attendant, the gloveless attendant, and they stick the cup in the tub and scoop in your ice cream. So the cup that child stuck their face in has touched the serving spoon and has made it back into the batch for the rest of the customers. I watched her struggle not to touch my ice cream with her bare hands as she tried to get it into the cup. I worked in the food industry and we had rules about gloves, hats/hair nets, and nails. The only thing I enjoyed was the taste of the pizza. Being here made me feel uneasy. I would rather spend this kind of money at California Pizza Kitchen or Sergios where I can get a reasonable variety of drinks, lush salads, pizzas with better flavor and food with out fear of unsanitary practices.
Stopped in here for dinner before a movie and the service was absolutely horrible. There were 6 workers and only 3 that were actually doing anything. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting for some one to wait on me and it wasn't until my wife spoke up that someone decided to take my order. They were incredibly slow and the hand stretch pizza barely resembled a pizza. They had run out of some toppings and overall were extremely slow. The kicker was one of the guys behind the line said he couldn't hear, so it was tough to tell him what we wanted. Keep in mind several stood around and just looked on. Not impressed and honestly the food didn't meet any expectations..
We have been here a few different times and have seen the same things both times. The ordering goes okay, but the staff is not too enthusiastic at this location. The flavor is something different and not really worth the price.
We went to this pizza place to meet up with 3 other couples. Instead, we ended up standing at the counter for 15 20 minutes just to place our order. There was a trainee there who had absolutely no idea how to make anything, and when I ordered a Caprese salad, I had to spell it for him. There are only 3 salads on the menu, so you 'd think he would at least know that. When I got my bill, it listed Kid 's pizza, which I guess sounds like Caprese. They still got two orders wrong, and we had almost no time to visit with our friends prior to the movie we were going to, because we were all separately standing at the counter trying to place our orders :
This is not what your pie is supposed to be I’ve been to many your pie’s at other locations. this is the worst location I have ever experienced. Their prices are much higher than what is required by your pie DON’T GO. I am a 65-year-old that wants a small pizza and they were charging me the same price as the regular pizza. The management is wrong. I understand it is a franchise and you can charge what you believe however let’s make it uniform.
