Did drive through but food was excellent as usual !! ???

I got the burger meal. The hamburger was nasty, with no taste of flame nowhere. The fries were partially hot.. had some hot ones on top as I got down in the box. The rest was cold and wimpy. So they put a few hot ones on top to make you think you have hot fries

Your counter was dusty, dirty, every where, no one cleaning period. I rather go Bruster eat ice cream. This Hull street, no stars.

Terrible. As others have said, I have decided to stop coming to this location as well. The first time, my Royal cheesecake blizzard was great, the second time it gave brownie crumble bits in it, the third time (today) it was completely melted, and was nothing but cinnamon? What a shame. This is by far the newest and nicest location I’ve seen, but it is clearly being mismanaged. Seriously. No idea what this concoction was supposed to be but really ridiculous. Poured it in the sink and there were strawberries but no cheesecake bites. It’s as if they literally just hit the “f it” button and made up a new recipe.

Felt very rushed and borderline rude. Didn’t even give us time to request a simple change.
