Wendy's - Chesterfield

My dad used to work at this restaurant, and we would often come here for dinner. I hadn’t been back in a while, so I decided to visit again. I’m happy to say it was just as good as I remembered. I would definitely recommend it!

I have to admit I'm a bit biased since Wendy's is my favorite fast food chain, but this location stands out as being particularly impressive. They consistently get my order correct, and the food is nearly always delicious. While you might occasionally encounter average fries, that's something you find at most places.

Wendy's consistently offers fantastic burgers, but during my visits, the fries have been inconsistent and I’ve had a few underwhelming Frosty experiences. However, the customer service has always been good to excellent—I've never encountered poor service here. Be sure to try the Baconator!

What I've seen with this wendys is beyond me. I ordered my food (travel thru) and when I came into the window, I was sitting there for about 4-5 minutes. No one opened the window to welcome me. After keith waits there, keith opens the window with my eating in the hand (no greeting or something) and waits for me to hand him only my payment. I get my food (which was cold by the way) and it's the wrong order. I'll send it back and as I can see the inner of the drive thru, I'll see what happens. they literally took the sandwich out of my pocket and put it in the pocket of another person and put my nuggets in my pocket and gave it back to me. I'm pretty sure there are some health abuses. I will not visit this wendy again. service and eating were terrible!
