This morning, my son and I went to Panera for breakfast. I ordered our food, and when I went to pay, my card wouldn 't go through. I explained to the cashier that wasn 't sure what was going on with my card, but I would leave and go take care of it. The cashier went to the manager, asked her something, and returned. The manager came over and paid for my food. She said, I don 't want you to go hungry. I was blown-away by how thoughtful and understanding they were of my situation. My son and I got to eat, and this St. Louis Bread Co has a customer for life!

I love this place. No matter where I go it will always be St Louis bread co to me even if its called Panera Bread everywhere else.
