Schlotzsky's - Chesterfield

Extremely disappointing this location used to take orders via Grubhub and also sold Cinnabon. However, as of a week or two ago they 've completely disabled all of their GrubHub (and Seamless) ordering capabilities and the site shows; "This restaurant isn 't taking orders on Grubhub yet but may be soon. "Edit: As of May 2022 the put their orders on Doordash but you get an error any time you order. What a horrible store.

I crave Schlotzsky's great sandwich.....HOWEVER the pandemic must have disrupted this store...Drove 40miles for the original, to find them closed...March 28 2022Only one close to ST Louis MOGuess I will have to make a trip to TEXAS...

Please understand, folks. They are struggling with a very common problem these days... understaffing! They have no choice but to reduce hrs (were only open 10 3 today) even close some locations. They sometimes operate with only 1 or 2 people, and cannot handle orders via delivery services, etc. Can you imagine?Again, please understand continue to support them as much as you can.

I love this place but you still can’t eat inside and the drive thru is always so incredibly slow that I haven’t gotten back to work in time after lunch multiple times. Today it took me 30 minutes to get through the drive thru and there were 2 cars in front of me. I won’t be back.

This place used to be good but could and should be so much better. These are not cheap sandwiches so, why are they SO skimpy with the ingredients? Place could be so much better! DO BETTER SCHLOSKY's!!!
