Primo Hoagies - Chester Springs

Fantastic restaurant! The hoagie I ordered was incredible—the bread, the meat, and the onions were all perfect. The only issue was with the cheese; while it tasted great, it was sliced a bit too thick. Since it was high-quality cheese, using too much made it a bit overpowering. The staff at the counter were friendly, and the person who handed me my food was also very nice. It's just a few minutes away from my construction site, so I’ll definitely be back soon!

The hoagies here are fantastic! This is one of the best Primo's I've visited, far superior to Wawa. The staff is incredibly friendly, too!

I absolutely love Primos, but this location was incredibly slow. I placed a walk-in order around 5 PM, and here I am at 5:45 PM still waiting, surrounded by other customers who are also waiting to place their orders. It's just unreal! There was a woman who came in with a toddler, and by the time she got her order, her child looked like they’d graduated high school. The wait was so long that the other customers and I joked we should have a reunion next year to commemorate the day time stood still. It really needs to improve!

Delicious Italian Hogie... Bread (and everything) is delicious?

Third consecutive time my/our order was botched. Ordered a Crusher which is Turkey cheese and pepper shooters this time. No shooters on the sandwich. Paid for shooters, didn't get them. Also the small has shrunk down to the size of a Wawa Jr. I like Primos, but this one has issues. Update: Your suggestion that I fill out paperwork to help you figure out what went wrong at your establishment is a prime example of what went wrong. Why don't you take the initiative of finding out where your problems are, instead of putting the responsibility on the customer?
