Primo Hoagies - Chester Springs

Amazing restaurant?. The Hoagie I got was amazing, the bread, meat, onions. The only thing I don't like was the cheese. The taste of the cheese was good, but it was cut too thick and since it was very nice cheese, it can be quite overwhelming if you put a lot. The guy at the counter was nice and the person who gave me my food was nice. It's just a few minutes from the construction site where I am, so that I definitely come back soon.

Really great Huagies. One of the best Primo's I was on. Much better than Wawa! Everybody's so nice.

My God, I love Primos, but this store was so Slooooooooooow, I placed an order at 5ish (walk-in) and how I write it?s 545 and I am surrounded by customers also waiting to order in front of my eyes. It is unrealistic, a woman went in with a toddler and he studied at high school when she got her order. The other customers and I spent so much time together we have a family meeting next year to remember the day time stood still. Oh, really better.

Delicious Italian Hogie... Bread (and everything) is delicious?

Third consecutive time my/our order was botched. Ordered a Crusher which is Turkey cheese and pepper shooters this time. No shooters on the sandwich. Paid for shooters, didn't get them. Also the small has shrunk down to the size of a Wawa Jr. I like Primos, but this one has issues. Update: Your suggestion that I fill out paperwork to help you figure out what went wrong at your establishment is a prime example of what went wrong. Why don't you take the initiative of finding out where your problems are, instead of putting the responsibility on the customer?
