Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chester

I placed an online order for a burrito bowl, chicken quesadillas, and chips with guacamole. The burrito bowl was disappointing; the tortilla wasn't even toasted, and the ingredients tasted stale. For the chicken quesadillas, they sent me a kids' meal with just cheese quesadillas instead of what I ordered. As for the chips, they were over-salted and so stale and soft that they were inedible. I thought I had experienced the worst Chipotle before, but this was definitely the worst. Service: Takeout.

The location is terrible. I ordered online and paid $17 for a bowl that was mostly filled with extra toppings. It was less than half full, and despite ordering double chicken, there wasn't even a full serving of single chicken in it. I was done in just seven bites and was still hungry afterward. Please improve your service. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
