Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chester

I love Chipotle but let me say... don't use the app. Wait. I still need to use the app and let my order come right. Once it was on time. Loves the taste. The white rice is soooo good. People are usually very friendly. Love the different Salsas! Corn is my favorite!

This location is one of the busy restaurants of its brand and still pumps food efficiently. The food was great, and what you love about Chipotle. The staff wore all masks and very respectful. Great team! My only problem is the use of the restaurant and its amenities. Some of the seat cushions for eating seemed to be torn or just swollen quite bad. The male level of toilets was scaled so much that I couldn't see myself clearly. These objects can be small, but they affect the way people, at least for me, consider a place to dine. I will add that the place was very clean, and soap and hand sanitary dispensers are hands free, so there is effort to keep this place up to specifications.

The service is awesome. The lines are periodically tight and the FREE water cups can also be used to sample all available drinks. THE TOILETS are especially clean. I analyzed packing and realized it was just enough for everyone. Practice Spanish if you choose so at this location.

I was impressed at how well the cashier composed herself. It was very busy when a man walked behind the counter to look for an order that he ordered online. She politely informed him that customers were not allowed behind the counter and asked for his name so she could find his order for him. He of course asked to speak to a manager because he was told he couldn’t do something he wanted to do even though there was a very legible sign that said “No customers behind the counter please”. He humiliated and berated her in front of a busy lobby and she maintained her calm nature, smiled and apologized for the misunderstanding. It is very difficult to find people like this.
