This restaurant is amazing with friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Adam. He is always so helpful and makes my coffee perfectly. I love it when he is working.

Staff look miserable. Took all their effort to take our order but didn’t take it fully. I had to stop them putting cream on our drinks and was then ‘told off’ for not telling them (even though we weren’t asked) when ordering that we didn’t want cream. Will not be visiting this store again

The staff were beyond rude and ignorant. Was refilling the fridge when we asked for a product they were so disrespectful and had no sandwiches. When given order it wasn’t done properly and sandwiches were burnt. Overall terrible experience would refuse to go again.

Called here for a quick lunch whilst visiting the shopping centre, don't think I have ever been to a Starbucks before as I'm not a coffee drinker. We ordered a toasted panini hubby had a muffin I had a slice of cake we had a latte and a cappuccino the server was friendly and efficient could not fault the food or service. Would return if visiting the area again

My mother and I stopped here for coffee and cake and had not expected that we’d receive the service we did. The staff were absolutely incredible. Hats off to Elliot, Maisie and Sam who all provided excellent service. Elliot in particular was so attentive and really went above and beyond to make both of us feel welcome and relaxed. My mum expressed she has a peanut allergy and Elliot truly did his very best to give us all the information we needed and offer us nut-free alternatives while also taking steps to minimise cross-contamination. He even physically came over to our table to double check that our drinks were okay. We have never felt so well looked after in a coffee shop before. The reviews on here are so bitter but in our experience, the staff really did exceptionally well and were professional and friendly from start to finish. And to top it off, the coffee and cake were perfect, too.
