The service at this restaurant was excellent - fast, friendly, and pleasant. The establishment was clean and tidy, and I thought the overall standard was great. I don't understand why some people expect the level of service at the Ritz. I enjoyed the food and encourage the staff to keep up the great work.

We had a cup of tea and a slice of toast and the whole lot cost just over £4. Very reasonable and very good value. Many thanks.

The staff is impolite and the hygiene level is appalling. If you want to witness staff dropping a pie and putting it back in the cabinet to serve to a customer, then eat here. The atmosphere is very unfriendly and not clean.
