Bidrage med feedbackThe food at this restaurant was not satisfying. The meat in the pasta dish was lacking, so I decided to try the ravioli instead. Although it was tasty, it was served cold in the middle. The staff appeared to be making an effort to be friendly, but they seemed overwhelmed with their busyness.
I last visited this restaurant a few years ago with some friends on a busy Saturday night. Despite the crowd, we were eventually seated, but it took the staff 40 minutes to take our drink orders. We decided to also order food since it was getting late. The waitresses seemed disorganized, with one cleaning tables while others avoided making eye contact with customers. The food was good, with the risotto being particularly delicious, although the portion was small. However, the service was terrible. We witnessed what appeared to be a supervisor arguing with a customer about their order. When my friend and I asked for the bill to split it, the waitress brought out the card reader without a receipt, forcing us to request one in order to pay separately. Overall, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant until significant changes are made.
We went to this restaurant with family who were visiting the area. My wife's risotto, which cost £15.50, was disappointingly small. When we complained, we were told that it was prepackaged, and this excuse had been used before. They offered to sell us a larger meal instead. The sundaes we ordered were just a few spoonfuls of chocolate ice cream, missing the wafers that were supposed to be included. We left feeling disrespected and like we had been overcharged. We do not plan on returning unless we receive free meals as compensation and an apology.
We had some vouchers so decided to eat here before a cinema trip. Positives: the staff were friendly, the pizzas were lovely. Negatives: the pasta dishes were awful! Watery, tasteless and overpriced. We remembered why we don't visit these chain restaurants...
Waited to be seated while 2 waitresses chatted while a queue was forming behind us Sat down at a table where there had obviously been a child as there were fries on the floor that were not cleaned up The waitress took our order and came back 5 minutes later as she couldn’t remember 2 of our drinks Waited 10 minutes for the drinks and 20 minutes for food The pasta had very little flavour but the garlic bread was nice,no bruschetta so maybe tell people that when you sit them down as 3 of our party then had no starters The drinks are the Maoist expensive on the coliseum and they are the only cashless restaurant there and encourage you to use the QR code in the table to pay to save them time,they don’t worry about getting a tip as again the only restaurant on the coliseum to add a service charge Definitely not worth the charge as service cleanliness and food nothing special
