The staff at this restaurant are incredible - they are friendly and go above and beyond. I needed a last minute anniversary gift for my partner and Natalie was able to quickly make a personalized large cookie for me to take home in just 15 minutes. Thank you so much for being so accommodating, you made our day.

I am extremely grateful for my experience at Millie's Cookies in Chester. Despite taking my order on short notice, the staff provided exceptional customer service and turned it into a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend this place.

I wanted to celebrate my little one's first show at the Chester Storyhouse (Wizard of Oz). We ordered takeout in the late afternoon, but unfortunately it wasn't ready until the next day. Thank you for the food being expired.
