China Palace Chinese Takeaway

The delivery guy was great that's about all I can say good about this place. The food was horrible and when complaining the person at the other end was surly and abrupt and put the phone down on me. Not to be recommended

We ordered a Cantonese and got a sweet sour meal. We rang up to change this and they came with the same meal (sweet and sour). The lady screamed at my elderly mother and slammed the phone down. I would never go here again! Disgraceful customer service! Although the delivery person was brilliant.

This takeaway was a huge disappointment. Just delivered The shredded beef was swimming in a sauce and not pleasant. The Thai ribs were not Hot at all and again swimming in a not so nice sauce. The mushroom chow mein was horribly wet so much so the fine noodles were tasteless. Volume over quality for over £33.00 very poor. Still got it here if you would like to come and get it!

Not overly impressed with the food and not at all impressed with the customer service skills of those working in the shop itself but, the driver who delivered my order was very nice otherwise service would have been zero

Food delicious, everything was good. Food coming quick and was very warm beef little too hard, duck very taste, sos orange amazing
