Burger King - Cheshire West and Chester

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The staff is disinterested and the place is dirty. Expect a long wait for your food, and don't be surprised if they close early despite their stated hours on the website. Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere.

Dont bother its a dump. Waited an age to get served and even longer for food. The order was wrong with missing items on food. Toilet stank of pee, tables durty, bins over flowing. Shame on you Burger King.. will not be going again.

We had to wait 25 minutes for our order, despite only two orders being ahead of us. Many other people ordered and received their food before us. My coffee was missing and there were no memory games in the two kids' meal boxes. When we asked about the games, we were simply told that there were only nine left. We believe we should have been informed about this at the time of purchase. Overall, it was a terrible experience and we do not plan on returning. We will spend our £30 on fast food elsewhere.

Ordered on Uber eats. Took 2 hours to arrive and when it did the order was wrong. Tried calling multiple times but number doesn’t connect. Awful experience

I came with family after the cinema, the place was a mess bins full and overflowing tables full of rubbish and the floor, it wasn't busy, as we went at about 7.30, don't think we will go again
