Bidrage med feedbackDuring our visit to Chesham yesterday, we discovered the Vintage Cafe and absolutely loved it! This charming cafe offers a fantastic selection of soups, drinks, and cakes. We tried the roasted ham and cheese sandwich, as well as the egg mayonnaise sandwich, both of which were delicious. The beautiful porcelain decor and spacious ambiance added to the experience. We also enjoyed the placemats featuring Trivial Pursuit questions! We would definitely visit again when we're in Chesham.
After the Rickmansworth to Chesham cheese trail walk, stopping by this charming, quirky vintage café is the perfect way to unwind. Enjoy a pot of ohrengrau tea, a delicious roasted tea cake, and have a cheerful chat with the owner. It was an enjoyable experience!
We had a disappointing experience at the original venue we chose to celebrate my mother's day and 25th birthday. As we drove past the devastation of the landscape caused by the HS2 project, I suggested we head to our hometown, Chesham. To my delight, we found Wotnot Vintage Café open and welcoming. We enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing afternoon, just as we had hoped, with generous portions of sandwiches and cakes. It truly was a hidden gem.
Nice little caffe, friendly service and delicious roasted sandwiches and cake. also the afternoon looks good, must come back sometime.
Found this little gold mine when researching 'afternoon teas near Chesham '. Don 't know how many times I must have walked past it but never really noticed it before. We were advised by the owner that two afternoon teas between four would be plenty, and it was a variety of fresh sandwiches, scones and cakes, with unlimited pots of tea, all served on bone china crockery. A great little find, and I will definitely go back. Highly recommended.
