Bidrage med feedbackThis location is difficult to get to, but it is worth the effort because the service and the baristas are so good.I love sitting inside and people watching. This location is right in the center of everything going on in the middle of Chesapeake. Lowes, Home Depot, Sams, WalMart, Spas, Vets, Foot Solutions, etc. If you can think of it, there is one of them around here. You can watch people zoom in and out of while you sip coffee.The decor is comfy and casual. The store is always clean, and as I said, the service is A .Great place to drop in. You just have to dodge a few cars to make it safely into the parking lot without getting your car dinged.
Mrs. Shannon and mrs. Sara are the perfect examples of customer service. As a mom of a nonverbal autistic child, they dont make me feel bad if my child gets into things, they actually embrace it. They have the best conversations. I know if im having a bad day, i can go in there and get my boost of energy and confidence. Thank you ladies!!Kid-friendliness: They always include my children
RORY, RORY RORY!!! GOAT of all Drive thru baristas of all time! Im intermittent fasting… so I’m cranky and more than ready for my coffee at 1pm. Rory was FAST funny and super helpful! I asked to purchase a cup with my points… she asked. What type…. AND BROUGHT ME ALL OF THEM IN HER ARMS AT ONE TIME!!! Like what!? She gave an incredible recommendation and we are now tumbler twins! The timing was perfect cause as soon as I chose, my order was ready. I was NOT cranky anymore. Thank you Starbucks for keeping employees like Rory happy enough to spread it to your customers!!!
I came here a couple of weeks ago and told myself I’m not coming back in the mornings because of a young lady name Sara gave me a bit of a sarcastic attitude about an order. This morning I decided to go back and order an iced shaken espresso. She asked me what flavor I wanted, and I told her whatever it usually comes with. She then asked me what kind of milk I wanted. I told her what it normally comes with because I was not sure. I usually go to other Starbucks and order the same drink, and they get the same flavor and milk that it comes with no questions asked and they all taste the same. The end result is I got the nastiest drink. She obviously needs some training. I just wasted $4.50. I'm only drinking it because I need the caffeine, and I didn't get a new one because I don't want to deal with attitude early in the morning. Look how dark it is in the pic. Smh.
We get the venti iced vanilla cream cold brew with sweet cream cold foam on top and 5 pumps sugar-free vanilla syrup instead of the regular vanilla. Sometimes it is mixed more thoroughly than others (sweeter than other times) depending on who makes it. But usually pretty decent. The customer service is top tier. The price seems higher every time we go. I think they're about $8 or $9 each now.
