Bidrage med feedbackTerrible service. 40 min for 2 bubbles and a milkshake. 9:40 a.m. came here a little after 9 a.m. to 6/24/22. You have officially replaced McDonald in Williamsburg as the worst fast food experience ever. It's 10:06 now and we got two wrong orders. That's incapable. We're leaving. Oh and the teen white girl with brown hair must find a job that requires less intelligence. Obviously repeatedly said that we have ordered two sound rays and a milkshake is too hard to remember.
I wouldn?t give this a star at all if the was possible. We ordered 3 items a limeade slush, a small cookie dough master blast and a medium Reese?s master blast. We got the medium blast and the slush at the window, and then waited 40 mins for them to bring out the wrong item and say they could remake it. At that time we asked for a refund for the 1 item, and the girl said she?d be right back. Instead another girl came out 5 mins later and asked what we needed. Instead of conveying the issue appropriately I assume she just grabbed a manager. I have over 5 years of customer service experience myself and usually I just let things like this go, but this was inexcusable performance when there were at least 7 employees inside at the time for a SMALL ice cream. Beware of this sonic.
We usually have a good experience at Sonic, but this visit we got Sonic ice for a family gathering. As it melted, we filled up some bowls outside for the dogs and it didn't take long for mold to form on the surface of the water. We switched the water in one of the bowls to tap water and it did not mold at all, even after leaving it outside for days. I imagine that a thorough cleaning of the ice machine would be in order. We just won't be getting Sonic ice (or drinks) again from this location anytime soon.
Decided to get a milkshake and the drive thru line was not to bad. Not realizing that once you placed your order you would be asked to pull forward where more vehicles are waiting to receive their orders. After about a 15 minute wait for one milkshake that cost me $7.01. When it was finally delivered they forgot to include a straw. Plus it was wet on sides and sticky, no napkins. I did receive a straw after asking. The worst part is why advertise that it?s a milkshake. Seriously you can?t consume it with a straw. Way to thick and not mixed. Ended up throwing it out. Maybe I expect to much. Just wanted a milkshake not a ice cream that you needed a spoon to eat. I was driving.
Listen, I NEVER leave bad reviews. I?m all about being understanding and patient but kind of over it w/ this sonic. They?re consistently wrong, but I take the wrong orders as opportunities to try something new! (Glass half full), however I went there when they were very clearly open and they said ?nope we?re closed, sorry.? I?ve worked at restaurants for years.. I get maybe saying you?re closed if someone shows up 5-10 mins before closing. But almost 2 hours before closing is just d-u-m-m dumb.
