Bidrage med feedbackThe atmosphere here has not changed an eons. If you have been in the last 25 years, you know what the place looks like... You know what to expect on the menu... The thing I will say changed is the service.... The speed... And the accuracy of orders... Placed an order for pickup on my way home... An hour ahead of time and still had to wait 35 minutes for two plates of linguine and a bag of biscuits. That's a little unacceptable if you ask me... There was also a line out the door at the hostess stand... And an entire dining room of empty tables. That did not disperse during the 35 minutes. I stood there waiting beside the bar. There was no rush. There was no mass exitis or large amount of takeout orders going on. It was just freaking slow. Now. The personalities of the wait staff were great. The kitchen must suck. Please pass this on to management. This location needs a lot of help. Thank you and have a wonderful day
This is a great Red Lobster location. Our server was very friendly and the food was delicious! I ate shrimp every kind of way thanks to the all you can eat shrimp special! ? And they were all Yummy!
I had a great time at Lucita's. The restaurant is very cozy and has a home feel to it. The owners are extremely sweet and attentive. It was my first time trying puposas and I loved it. I had the chicarron and pickled slaw. I inhaled their fried rice. And I loved the plátanos and yucan. I know this is going to be a go to for me. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
Walked in at 1:03 and waited 6 min for someone to meet us for seating. The manager on duty Sunday Dec 3rd came out to talk to someone and ignored all other customers waiting. It is after 2 and no food or employee contact since ordering at 1:20. Avoid this place the price of a quality restaurant, with service worse than fast
Nobody in the restaurant have been here waiting for 30 minutes, getting ready to walk out. Don't waste your time.
