Fries were perfect, chicken livers overcooked, smelled like burnt grease. Didn't follow my own rule about checking food before pulling off from the drive thru

Ok so its mostly the service that's getting 2 stars. The food is decent enough. However, the people that work here are a smidge lazy. If you order ahead, expect to wait the same amount of time as if you walked in, ordered, stood in line for a while, took a nap, ran a mile and then got your food. ADDITIONALLY, only one person wore a mask. All other employees handling food did not.

I did not go ahead and rated it 1 star because the chicken is quite good...but honestly ..NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. Every time I have come to this location there seems to be an issue. Issues range from having to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get the food...to flat out telling me that they never received the order and after waiting 25min initally...I would have to wait another 20min. Not to mention how rude people are...not everyone but enough to just not coming back and letting everyone else to know that there are other good chicken places. Now..this review is only for this location. I do hope that owners or operators pay attention and make things better. Nowadays...you may have the best product but if you don't offer good customer service then that's it...your business will suffer. Do not let the business suffer...you carry more than your own profits..you carry the future ans stability of your employees.

So I ordered a large okra ! And this is what I recieved! Took and back and we were told this is a large size ! And they wouldn't give us more! So this is what we got for 5.00 !

All their foods are amazing, and their prices are much better than the colonel. they offer food options that are not frequently offered by others, such as fried okra and fried chicken livers. your personal is friendly and the place is kept very clean. I can't beat it!
