Krispy Kreme - Chesapeake

2022 October, I called in the morning, they said HOT sign was not on right now and should be on between 6 and 7pm. Between 6 and 7pm, i arrived and HOT sign was not on. I called and asked about the HOT sign and someone said that the HOT sign will not be on today. 5 years prior, I said, Location, location, location. Why did they decide on this location? It is located between an exit ramp and traffic light. When you try to get into the parking lot, you have to squeeze in between cars that are trying to get on battlefield Blvd and those waiting at the traffic intersection. I was concerned that someone would hit me from behind (rear end collision). Donuts were good though.

I'm giving 5 stars because the manager made it right and so did customer service when I shared the problem I had on national coffee day. As a reward member, coffee and 1 donut were free that day. Mine didn't load on my account and i missed out that day. Two days later, the manager made it right.

We had a very pleasant experience. Our clerk was friendly. He smiled. The location was clean. I enjoyed our visit. We left with a variety of donuts. More than we probably needed...but very tasty.

If the sign is on your very likely getting super fresh donuts! And they are delicious! I loved going inside and getting one of those super cute paper hats. And I'm a huge fan of the frozen vanilla lattes, they're my favorite! If you're trying to avoid caffeine though they do have some ice cold milk to go with your donuts. You can't go wrong with an original glazed donut but the raspberry jelly filled, and strawberry iced with sprinkles, and birthday cake donuts are my top three. The staff are kind and courteous and even helped me pick out donuts when it was my first time in a Krispy Kreme. I highly recommend this location!

Love the donuts and freshness! Hot n Ready Now for sure! But customer service was not it... gentlemen was rude and unpolite. Iced caramel coffee was just hot water, no coffee, no ice, and no caramel flavoring. Asked for employee to fix and ignored my request, closed window and went back to working.
