Dunkin' - Chesapeake

I?ve gotten coffee three times from this location. Each time it tastes like I?m drinking the flavor swirl and nothing else. I order with the app, and I just go off the recommended amount to add. This time knowing they make them extremely sweet I requested one less swirl. If anything it was worse. I had to spit it out. Whoever is making the coffee needs to be retrained.

I only ordered an extra large hot coffee with cream. I asked for French Vanilla creamer. I also ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese without the bread. I paid an extra $2 for an additional egg, but instead received a croissant sandwich with 3 eggs. The customer before me was refunded for their incorrect order. There is no drive-thru available at this restaurant.

Been going to this Dunkin so much in the many years that I've lived in Chesapeake. Love seeing the same faces that have worked here for so many years. Service is always fast. Great tasting coffee and good selection of donuts.

OMG! This Dunkin Donuts has my favorite donut, which is a lemon-filled donut! ?????? Although I am not as sweet eater, I do make an exception for the lemon-filled Donut.It brings happy memories.

The donuts were fresh and the customer service was good, however, the overall cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant was lacking.
