Bidrage med feedbackDespite being packed, service tonight was prompt efficient, but most of all, cordial and welcoming. The quality of preparation was very good, as was presentation.
Showed up between lunch and dinner time and there was absolutely no wait time which was wonderful. Seated quickly we had our drinks in front of us in a matter of a few minutes and peruse through the menu because a lot had changed since the last time I was there which was at least 10 years ago. Meet our choices and the food was delivered quickly piping hot and looking phenomenal. The taste and smells for incredible... Reminded me very much of being at Sunday dinner at mygreat-grandmother's house years and years ago. Great authenticity in the flavor and the presentation and the service was impeccable. Will be going back again very soon.
First, our waitress TOP was notch. She was fast, polite and made our night better out of the first greeting we received. When I went in the front door, 4 young adults hanging around the front cabin 3 were on their phones and gave us no second thought. We were told that it would be a 20-minute waiting time, no problem will wait his dinner time. We went to the side where there were no people close to us. We were both in masks and we were ready to wait. One of the young men came to us and said we had to wait in our car or outside for Covid and we couldn't wait. 1. Today it was ice-cold outside and the waiting outdoor area had no lights or heat lamps illuminated. 2. There was no one near our site, Covid regulations are 6 feet away with a mask. What we do in full agreement with. 3. If you are worried about the spread of Kovid you do not have 4 children above all standing on their phones. The food was good, our waitress was amazing and she deserves high praise. Manager: If you have to tell a guest to wait outside, give us a place to wait out of the elements!
The pasta barely had any sauce on it. The chicken parm was dry and salty. Ravioli cream sauce tasted like scallions and the food was cold. Not happy with the food and the delivery.
Okay, so we eat here often. We ordered scampi which was burnt. I showed them and they said it would be a wait because others are in front of me. Totally get it, but my other food would have gotten cold. I elected to do what they called ?recovery?, but who knows when or if we?ll return. Then, I get home and no extra potatoes as the secondary side and then the loaf of bread wasn?t cut. I feel like it?s becoming rush orders out when whatever chef made that scampi on 1/9 around 5pm should absolutely be ashamed to call yourself a chef. You should know what scampi looks and smells like!
