Brass Bell - Chesaning

This place is really taking a turn for the worse. The food isn't even warm when it arrives. During my last three orders of quesadillas, I've had to reheat them at home just to get the cheese to melt. The meats have been cold too. It's just disappointing.

The lobby is still closed at 8:40 AM. If you're going to have a drive-thru, make it large enough for a semi-truck, or open your lobby by 7:30 or 8:00 AM. It's unreasonable to expect customers to walk through the drive-thru!

The best Taco Bell in Michigan! They have fantastic hours and the staff is always friendly. Most importantly, they actually put meat in their food! They prepare the tacos like they used to back in the day, with more meat than lettuce—something I really appreciate! The drive-thru is quick and efficient, providing excellent service every time. Highly recommend!

Good service in drive through. Pulled up to the window to one of the shift managers, I believe named Michael, obnoxiously yelling at the girl working the window to the point where she looked like she was going to cry. He had no professionalism whatsoever. I don?t know where Taco Bell finds these employees but they need to step it up. Shame

Just tried the Taco Bell in Chesaning for the first time. I was nervous going after 11pm but we went through the drive thru really quick and the gentleman working the drive thru was friendly and polite. I got my food really quickly and it was made exactly how I asked and very fresh, especially considering they were close to closing time. I would definitely go again!
