I have never had any issues with this takeout restaurant in approximately 20 visits throughout the years. The establishment is simple, but the food is delicious. I always place my order over the phone and then pick it up 20 minutes later; I have never had to wait long.

I have been to this restaurant many times and it has been hit or miss. Tonight, I was told that delivery would take 45 minutes, but it ended up taking 1 hour and 24 minutes. I called about 13 times and couldn't get through, only to finally reach the owner at the same time as a new employee. When I asked for a discount, the owner only offered £5.00, which I found unacceptable considering our order was over £70.00. I eventually gave the delivery driver £60.00 and asked for the manager to call me, but now I believe I may be blacklisted. It's a shame because the driver was lovely, but I would not recommend going to this restaurant.

Honestly the service was good and came in 30 mins but our chips arrived with little black hairs all over the chips… (pubes? me and all my friends are so disappointed. Sadly the friend that got the pubey chips was autistic and this really triggered her. I’ll be surprised if she eats chips again!! so therefore Don’t eat here unless you’re into that?. Besides that the other food is nice so i’ll give them that.

I have never experienced such terrible service at a Chinese restaurant before. When we placed an order for collection, they told us it would be a 15-minute wait. However, when we arrived, we ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes inside the shop. The staff seemed more focused on taking orders than actually serving the food to customers. The phone was constantly ringing, and they continued to tell people the wait would only be 15 minutes, which was clearly not the case. It was a very disappointing experience.

Ordered food to be delivered arrived within 40mins. Food all lovely and hot. All food was flavoursome. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
