Costa Coffee Banbury Castle Quay

The wait for service was lengthy, the tables were dirty, and there was limited seating available with many customers having to clean a table before sitting down. However, the staff were friendly and hardworking, constantly busy.

Visiting shopping centre, popped in for coffee, coffee great as always, and staff very helpful, but, I’m disabled in a wheelchair, and disabled toilet in corner, with tables and chairs in front, so cannot get door open or get into toilet with out asking people to get up and move, I was lucky, as no one sitting there, but had to ask staff to move table and chairs, so I could get in, they were very helpful, but you really don’t need all this, being in a wheelchair is bad enough.

Good meeting place for a business catchup upstairs area is quieter and there is a good WiFi service, selection of table sizes and formal or lounge seating so something to suit everyone! Usual Costa choices I love the ham and cheese toastie!

Being part of a chain you can expect a certain standard. Coffee here is great. A good range of snacks to be had and the staff friendly. Great coffee. Gods service, what more do you want?

It's a standard cafe chain I like their coffee though there's hardly anything to eat if you're a vegan. Service was friendly, though slow on my visit. Being in the middle of an indoor shopping centre, the atmosphere's not great.
