Honestly this one is just as bad as Chapel avenue. They rarely give you a full drink. Always so slow because they are so busy. Who in their right mind pays $6 for ?room? in their drink?! I want every last ounce and no I don?t want it watered down with extra ice. ???? I?m honestly done with Starbucks they disappoint me time and time again and I keep thinking next time will be different but it?s not. They don?t have pride in what they put out to their customers. The barista should feel some kind of way setting this out for pick up like oh let me fix that but nope. Get it together I?m just asking for a full drink that I paid full price for!!!!!
It tastes water down and they didn?t have the supplies to complete my our drinks orders,there customers Service is very poor and needs training. My mom taste like cold milk on ice (she ordered the pink drink with 4 pumps of vanilla
You just have to catch the right shift to get better service. ST: I ordered a Venti coffee with extras and cold foam , or why looked like blended eggs whites. As them to remake came out the same way. Not everyone can make coffee still drank that $7.63.
I would like to take a moment to compliment the employee Natasha. Her upbeat positive joyful spirit puts me in such a good mood the rest of my day.
