Shangri La - Cherry Hill

The only highlight was the soup, which was deliciously salty (I personally enjoy salty soup), and the wontons were quite tender. However, everything else fell short. The squid was incredibly tough and lacked flavor. Many of the entrees came with vegetables, but those were barely cooked and mostly inedible broccoli. We also ordered a mixed vegetable dish and requested very little spice, but it was so loaded with hot pepper that no one could eat it. Fortunately, there are other Asian restaurants in the area, so I won't be returning to Shangri La.

The sushi, featuring eight pieces of assorted nigiri, was fresh and delicious. In addition to those favorites, be sure to try the Edamame, Walnut Shrimp, Fried Rice, and Shrimp Lo Mein. The Crab Rangoon and Egg Rolls make perfect appetizers, while the Spare Ribs and Orange Chicken are must-tries for main courses. For those who enjoy dumplings, you can choose from fried or steamed options, both equally satisfying. Overall, the combination of fantastic food, attentive service, and a cozy atmosphere makes this spot an ideal choice for your next lunch outing.

The staff members and the owner of the restaurant are quite unfriendly, often staring at customers at the counter in a rude and aggressive manner.

First of all, chocolate fortune cookies? Wow! Amazing! The General Tso's shrimp was incredible—I could eat that with just white rice! This is definitely some of the best Chinese food I've ever had.
