I go to Philadelphia/NJ quite often from VA and always craving for delicious Filipino food. Glad Reyta is there to satisfy that. The place feels at home and love how the set up and ambiance too. I brought friends who aren't familiar with Filipino food and there's lot of options to pick from. They never really don't know what to get so the service was always friendly and help them out. I love the sisig and sinigang here and desserts. The service is phenomenal. Will always come back here when I go up to Philly/NJ. Love this place and I highly recommend it!
Their new family platters are absolutely delicious! If you're interested in doing a Kamayan feast (a traditional style where food is served on leaves for up to 8 people), be sure to call ahead—ideally 4 to 5 days in advance. However, their family platters are quite similar! We ordered both the meat and seafood family platters, and they were more than enough to feed the six of us adults. It took about 45 minutes or less for both platters to arrive, and the service was fantastic. The food was really tasty! Just a heads up, when it gets busy, you should be prepared to wait. If you're short on time, this might not be the best place for you.
The Lechon Sizzling Sisig brought back a wave of nostalgia; the grilled pork served on a hot plate is simply unbeatable. Thank you for the recommendations!
The food was delightful; my only issue was with the prices. Everything was freshly prepared, and the portion sizes were quite generous. If you're from the Philippines, you'll feel right at home here.
