I went to Hong Kong Fusion with a few people from work that had been here before. I was really worried to taste the food and experience the tea. Peter, the owner is a super nice guy and takes care of his customers. He spent a lot of time educating us about the different teas and the history behind them. His service was excellent and the food was amazing. We ordered some appetizers together with egg rolls and our ducks. I'll tell you everything we've ordered is great. The egg rolls are like no other one I ate. I enjoyed the atmosphere and love the food and tea. Very recommended.
